Senior Scrum Master RIVM Functie omschrijving Dit ga je doen Binnen de organisatie die de Informatievoorziening draagt (IV-organisatie) van het RIVM zijn we op naar een ervaren Scrum Master die sterk is in het begeleiden en coachen van meerdere teams tegelijk. We zijn hierin opzoek naar iemand die over grenzen heen kan kijken. Wil je jouw expertise inzetten binnen een organisatie die dagelijks bijdraagt aan de volksgezondheid in Nederland? Dan is deze functie als Senior Scrum Master bij het RIVM iets voor jou! Jouw Rol Als Senior Scrum Master bij de afdeling Databases en Dataontsluiting (DBO) ben je de drijvende kracht achter drie teams. Je coacht en begeleidt de teams én de Product Owners in het toepassen en verder ontwikkelen van o.a. agile werkwijze binnen de teams en de effectiviteit van de teams. Daarbij kijk je verder dan je eigen teams: je signaleert organisatiebrede vraagstukken, lost impediments op óf zorgt dat deze op de juiste manier worden geëscaleerd en geadresseerd; je draagt actief bij aan de groei van het agile vakgebied binnen ODD en de bredere IV-organisatie. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Je faciliteert scrumevents voor drie teams en zorgt dat deze effectief en waardevol zijn. - Je coacht teamleden en Product Owners in hun rol en helpt hen groeien in agile denken en werken. - Je lost knelpunten op zodat teams zich kunnen focussen op de inhoud. - Je werkt samen met collega Scrum Masters in het scrum masters-gilde aan de doorontwikkeling van de agile werkwijze binnen RIVM-IVO. - Je draagt bij aan een transparante en goed onderhouden backlog en ondersteunt bij refinement, sprintplanning, retro's. - Je draagt ook bij in teams die een andere werkwijze hebben dan de scrum practice. De afdeling DBO (Databases en Dataontsluiting) is onderdeel van de IV-organisatie van het RIVM en zorgt voor het beheer van databases, DBaaS (Database as a service) en de ontwikkeling van een dataplatform in samenwerking met ...
