Als Service Consultant ben je meer dan alleen een adviseur; je bent een partner voor onze klanten. Samen met een hecht team aan Service Consultants vertaal je behoeften, wensen en verwachtingen van klanten naar concrete oplossingen. - Je helpt klanten met vraagstukken rondom AFAS, PowerBI en U-turn en zorgt ervoor dat zij het optimale uit AFAS halen. - Je krijgt de kans om te werken met een divers klantenbestand en uiteenlopende vraagstukken. - Jij hebt in jouw rol een belangrijke invloed op de klantbeleving in de totale klantreis. - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van je persoonlijke doelstelling en dat van het team. - Jij overtreft samen met jouw collega's de verwachtingen en gaat voor de WAUW-ervaring! Wat vragen wij van je? Je bent ons visitekaartje en dat straal je ook uit! Je bent klantgericht en dienstverlenend, maar hebt ook de drive om resultaat neer te zetten. Je bent analytisch, zelfstandig en creatief ingesteld. Jij hebt een analytische en kritische blik: je denkt niet in problemen, maar in oplossingen. En tot slot vind je het leuk om mee te bouwen aan onze organisatie. - Je bent in het bezit van een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met AFAS of andere software of minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als functioneel beheerder; - Communicatief sterk en een goede beheersing van Nederlands in woord en schrift.
