Hoe ziet jouw functie eruit

Als senior servicemonteur ben jij een van de sleutelfiguren binnen ons serviceteam. Je onderhoudt, repareert, keurt en verleent service aan interne transporttrucks bij klanten in jouw regio. Dankzij jouw ervaring ben je niet alleen een vakman, maar ook een vraagbaak voor collega’s en een vertrouwd gezicht voor klanten.

Je werkt met moderne technieken in hydrauliek, mechaniek en elektronica en krijgt een volledig uitgeruste servicebus die ’s nachts automatisch wordt bevoorraad. Naast je dagelijkse werkzaamheden draag je actief bij aan de kwaliteit en efficiëntie binnen jouw regio. Je signaleert knelpunten, denkt mee over verbeteringen en ondersteunt collega’s wanneer dat nodig is.

Je ontmoet je collega’s tijdens de kwartaalbijeenkomsten en natuurlijk op onze personeelsfeesten. In jouw rol ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de werkvloer, de klant en het team. Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, initiatief neemt en anderen verder helpt.

Wat breng jij mee?

We zoeken een ervaren vakman die overzicht houdt, initiatief neemt en de kwaliteit binnen zijn regio naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je bent iemand die niet alleen zelf sterk presteert, maar ook anderen verder helpt en het team vooruitbrengt.

- Mbo werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met ruime ervaring als servicemonteur

- Diepe technische kennis binnen bijvoorbeeld autotechniek, landbouwmechanisatie of elektromechanica

- Je hebt al jaren ervaring in een zelfstandige buitendienstrol en bent toe aan meer verantwoordelijkheid
