Aufgaben * Du entwickelst aus unseren Marken- und Unternehmenszielen eine Social-Media- und Content-Roadmap mit klarem Social-First-Fokus, die zeigt, wofür XXXLutz Österreich digital steht.

* Aus Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest und YouTube machst du eine stimmige Bühne für unsere Marke, auf der unterschiedliche Formate genau dort landen, wo unsere Communities unterwegs sind.

* Der Redaktionskalender liegt in deiner Hand, sodass Kampagnen, Always-on-Content und spontane Ideen zu einem gut getakteten, lebendigen Feed zusammenfinden.

* Gemeinsam mit internen Teams und Agenturen setzt du Produktionen von der ersten Idee über die Umsetzung bis zum Livegang um und verwandelst Produktwelten in starke Stories, Reels und Kurzvideos.

* Du schaffst ein Setup mit klaren Prozessen, Tools und Workflows, das aus Einzelaktionen einen professionellen Social-Media-Betrieb macht und mit zukünftigen Anforderungen und Teamstrukturen mitwächst.

* Mit klar definierten Zielen, KPIs und Reportings machst du Erfolg sichtbar, ziehst aus den Daten konkrete Learnings und spielst diese gemeinsam mit dem Community & Social Engagement Management direkt in neue Inhalte zurück.

Qualifikationen * Ein Hintergrund von mehreren Jahren im Social Media und Content Management, idealerweise in Senior-Rollen für Marken oder Kampagnen mit sichtbarem Impact, prägt deinen Weg.

* Social Media verstehst du als Ökosystem: Plattformlogiken von Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest und YouTube, Zielgruppenverhalten und Trends kannst du sicher einschätzen.

* In der Konzeption von Strategien und Redaktionsstrukturen fühlst du dich zu Hause und verbindest dabei Marketing-, Produkt- und Markenperspektiven zu einem klaren Fahrplan.

* Storytelling ist für dich mehr als ein Buzzword - du erkennst Geschichten in Produkten und übersetzt sie in Formate, die Menschen unterhalten, informieren und binden.

* Mit Kennzahlen, KPIs und Reportings gehst du souverän um und triffst auf dieser Basis Entscheidungen, die Inhalte und Maßnahmen sichtbar verbessern.

* Deine Arbeitsweise und Persönlichkeit sind geprägt von Eigenverantwortung, Struktur und Kooperation, sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift; Erfahrung im Aufbau eines Social-Media- oder Content-Set-ups ist wünschenswert.
