Jouw goals Als Senior (Social) Strateeg bij Crocodile ben jij de strategische motor achter onze campagnes, formats en always-on trajecten. Je vertaalt klantbriefings naar heldere, inspirerende richtingen voor creatie en bewaakt daarbij altijd de balans tussen strategie en creativiteit. Met jouw visie geef je richting aan het werk van Crocodile en zorg je dat ideeën niet alleen origineel zijn, maar ook relevant, effectief en gebouwd op een stevige strategische basis. Je werkt nauw samen met creatie, account en projectmanagement en fungeert als sparringpartner voor de Creative Director. Daarnaast stuur je het strategie team inhoudelijk aan en help je de strategische lat van het bureau continu hoger te leggen. Jouw Skills - Minimaal 5+ jaar ervaring als strateeg binnen een agency; - Ervaring met social-first strategieën en platformdenken; - Bekend met research tools en datagedreven werken; - Brede interesse in merken, communities, generaties en platforms; - Teamplayer met leiderschap; - Je bent thuis in de verschillende research tools en weet deze goed toe te passen voor het verzamelen van de juiste data en insights om daarmee het team te voeden en de klant te overtuigen; - Je bent op de hoogte van de laatste trends weet deze moeiteloos toe te pas...
