Bij een technisch familiebedrijf in Helmond werk je aan de automatisering van industriële processen en installaties. Als senior software engineer vertaal je functionele eisen naar besturingsontwerpen, PLC-software en SCADA-toepassingen. Je bent betrokken vanaf de functionele omschrijving tot en met het testen, in bedrijf stellen en optimaliseren van de installatie. Daarbij combineer je technische verantwoordelijkheid met grip op projectplanning, urenbegroting en budget. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je zelfstandig én samen met collega-engineers aan betrouwbare en goed bedienbare besturingen. Je bespreekt technische keuzes met opdrachtgevers, stelt FAT- en SAT-testprotocollen op en helpt operators met handleidingen en training. Junior software engineers kunnen bij je terecht voor begeleiding en inhoudelijke afstemming. Ook signaleer je meer- en minderwerk en maak je de gevolgen daarvan inzichtelijk. Via opleidingstrajecten en doorgroeimogelijkheden kun je je verder ontwikkelen in techniek, projectverantwoordelijkheid of begeleiding van collega’s. Functie-inhoud - Functionele omschrijvingen (FDS), technische ontwerpen (SDS) en FAT- en SAT-testprotocollen opstellen - PLC- en SCADA-software ontwikkelen voor industriële processen - Procesinstallaties in bedrijf stellen, testen en optimaliseren - Bedieningshandleidingen schrijven en operatortraining verzorgen - Meer- en minderwerk signaleren en bijbehorende urenbegrotingen opstellen - Planning en budget bewaken en projectoverleg voeren met opdrachtgevers - Junior software engineers begeleiden bij ontwerp en softwareontwikkeling Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde technische opleiding op minimaal hbo-niveau - Je hebt ruime relevante werkervaring als software engineer in de industriële automatisering - Je hebt ervaring met PLC- en SCADA-software voor industriële processen - Je kunt technische eisen vertalen naar ontwerpen, software en testprotocollen - Je communiceert helder met opdrachtgevers, operators en collega-en.
