Ihre Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung im lokalen Rechnungswesen bei ausgewählten Themenstellungen (nach UGB) sowie Verantwortung für die laufenden IFRS Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsthemen

* Verantwortung für die Durchführung der monatlichen Konzernkonsolidierung (nach UGB und IFRS) sowie des laufenden Reportings an die Konzernzentrale

* Verantwortung für die Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses nach UGB und IFRS sowie dessen kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports, Forecasts und Budgetierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling und den Tochtergesellschaften

* Analyse und Lösung spezieller Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsfragen nach US-GAAP in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Corporate Accounting sowie strukturierte Aufbereitung neuer, komplexer Themenstellungen

* Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung konzernweiter Bilanzierungsrichtlinien und Reporting-Standards

* Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuerberatung sowie für unsere internationalen Tochtergesellschaften

* Durchführung von Prozessoptimierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekten, insbesondere bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Controlling-Tools, Reports und Dashboards

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni / FH) oder Bilanzbuchhalter mit IFRS Kenntnissen

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, Konsolidierung oder Beteiligungscontrolling

* Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und praktische Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (vorzugsweise Lucanet)

* Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (SAP von Vorteil)

* Kommunikationssicherer Auftritt in Deutsch und Englisch

* Einsatzfreude und Durchsetzungsstärke in komplexen Sachverhalten und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für ganzheitliche Prozesse

* Eigenständige und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-On-Mentalität

Unser Angebot
