Dein Job

* Die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Immobilienportfolios zählt ebenso zu deinen Kernaufgaben wie der Aufbau & die Weiterentwicklung von Instrumenten und Prozessen der strategischen Immobiliensteuerung.

* Immobilien- & Teilportfolios werden von dir analysiert und geeignete Handlungsempfehlungen sowie Steuerungsmaßnahmen abgeleitet.

* Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management werden von dir aufbereitet.

* Die Wirksamkeit umgesetzter Strategien wird von dir überprüft und leitest entsprechende/notwendige Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.

* In Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Immobilienportfolios (z.B. Transformation von Bestandsimmobilien, Optimierung der Flächennutzung, Nachhaltigkeit etc.) wirkst du mit.

* Du beobachtest laufend Entwicklungen und Best Practices im Immobilien- & Portfoliomanagement und leitest daraus Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios ab.

Dein Profil

* Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Immobilien oder Betriebswirtschaft. Alternativ verfügst du über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Portfolio-, Asset- oder Immobilienmanagement bzw. Strategie, Controlling oder Unternehmensentwicklung (vorzugsweise aus den Bereichen Immobilien oder Infrastruktur) wird vorausgesetzt.

* Bei der Aufbereitung von managementtauglichen sowie kompakten Inhalten bringst du bereits Erfahrung mit.

* Du besitzt sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel & Powerpoint) und hast eine Freude daran auch neue Tools kennenzulernen & zu erlernen.

* Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, analytisch & lösungsorientiert geprägt.

* Du bist ein:e kommunikationsstarke:r Teamplayer:in mit der Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen und du bringst dich gerne proaktiv ein.

Unser Angebot

* Für die Funktion "Senior Spezialist:in Portfoliomanagement" ist ein Mindestentgelt von € 55.307,00 (brutto/Jahr) bei einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 38,5 Wochenstunden vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
