Daarnaast krijg je vakantiegeld van 8,33% van je bruto jaarsalaris. Variabel inkomen op basis van collectieve prestaties, want samen bereiken we meer. 32 vakantiedagen (fulltime basis), waarvan je er 12 zelf invult via je benefitsbudget. Jij bepaalt of je ze opneemt of laat uitbetalen. Keuze uit een leaseregeling inclusief een NS-Business Card of een mobiliteitsvergoeding . Aanvullend kun je gebruikmaken van onze leasefietsregeling. Als Senior Strategisch Inkoper bepaal jij mede de koers van ons inkoopbeleid, geef je richting aan strategische projecten en weet je stakeholders succesvol mee te nemen in verandering. Wat ga je doen? Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team Procurement & Facility, dat wordt aangestuurd door de Manager Procurement & Facility. Samen met twee Supervisors Facility en twee Facility Assistants vorm je een hecht en ambitieus team. Door de verdere groei en professionalisering van onze organisatie breiden wij het team uit met een Senior Strategisch Inkoper. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor management, directie en interne stakeholders. Dankzij jouw strategisch inzicht, overtuigingskracht en organisatiesensitiviteit creëer je draagvlak voor veranderingen en weet je uiteenlopende belangen effectief samen te brengen. Je bouwt actief aan relaties binnen de organisatie en maakt zichtbaar hoe professioneel inkoopmanagement bijdraagt aan betere besluitvorming, risicobehee...
