Vakgebied Digitalisering en ict Werk- en denkniveau Mbo Organisatie: GR de Bevelanden Als senior systeembeheerder ben je de spil tussen techniek en de dienstverlening aan de gemeenten op de Bevelanden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de ICT-infrastructuur zo optimaal en veilig mogelijk opereert. Je draait mee in wijzigingen en projecten om deze continu actueel te houden en ondersteuning te bieden aan nieuwe functionaliteiten. Jij doet het Je start de dag met een overleg waarin je jouw collega's bijpraat over een performance probleem binnen het VMWare virtualisatie platform. Bij complexe vraagstukken neem jij de leiding. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor collega's en je communiceert helder en tijdig naar alle stakeholders. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren en optimaliseren van prestaties van onze systemen. Verbetervoorstellen bespreek je met de betrokken collega's. Je bereidt wijzigingen voor binnen de VDI-omgeving en Microsoft 365. Door passende maatregelen te treffen en door goed updatebeheer en wijzigingsbeheer zorg jij voor een optimale kwaliteit en continuïteit van de ICT. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze afhandeling goed geregistreerd staat in het Topdesk-systeem. Goede documentatie is belangrijk zodat collega's deze in de toekomst makkelijk kunnen raadplegen. Concreet houd je je 32-36 uur per week bezig met: - Het oplossen van storingen en het continu verbeteren van de ICT-infrastructuur en de dienstverlening. - Het identificeren en tijdig afhandelen van incidenten volgens de afgesproken processen en richtlijnen. - Het werken aan projecten om nieuwe technische oplossingen te implementeren. - Het voeren van regie richting leveranciers en stakeholders met betrekking tot status, inzet en verloop van werkzaamheden. - Het ondersteunen en begeleiden van de andere beheerders vanuit je eigen expertise. - Het implementeren en beheren van beveiligingsmaatregelen, ondersteunen bij beveiligingsincidenten en rapporteren aan relevante stakeholder...
