Deine Aufgaben * System Engineering: Du entwickelst Systemarchitekturen, definierst Anforderungen und stellst deren Traceability über den Projektlebenszyklus sicher * Systemanalyse: Du führst Trade-off-Studien und technische Bewertungen durch und unterstützt fundierte Systementscheidungen * Verification & Validation: Du planst Verifikation, Validierung und Qualifikation und begleitest Systemtests bis zur Flugbereitschaft * Technical Leadership: Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Engineering-Teams und technische Schnittstellen * Technical Reviews: Du bereitest SRR, PDR, CDR, QR und FAR vor und begleitest die Umsetzung technischer Maßnahmen * Risk & Compliance: Du identifizierst technische Risiken und stellst die Einhaltung relevanter Kundenanforderungen und ECSS-Standards sicher * Customer & Supplier Interface: Du koordinierst technische Themen mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internationalen Partnern * Space Expertise: Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in mindestens einem Bereich mit - Propulsion oder Space Mechanisms - einschließlich relevanter Umwelt- und Qualifikationstests * Business Development: Du unterstützt technische Angebote, Kundenpräsentationen und Konzeptentwicklungen * Technical Mentoring: Du unterstützt jüngere Engineers und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung von Engineering-Methoden und -Standards bei

Dein Profil * Ausbildung: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Physik * Berufserfahrung: Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt, idealerweise in der Entwicklung komplexer Space Systems oder Space Mechanisms * Systems Engineering: Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Systemarchitektur, Requirements Engineering, Verification & Validation sowie System Lifecycle Management mit * MBSE: Du hast Erfahrung mit Model-Based Systems Engineering und der modellbasierten Entwicklung komplexer Systeme * ECSS: Du kennst relevante ECSS-Standards und kannst diese in Entwicklungs- und Verifikationsprozessen anwenden * Tools: Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Tools wie DOORS, Enterprise Architect oder STK * Technical Reviews: Du bist mit gängigen Entwicklungs- und Review-Prozessen wie SRR, PDR, CDR, QR und FAR vertraut * Space Propulsion / Mechanisms: Du verfügst über vertiefte Expertise in mindestens einem der Bereiche Propulsion Systems oder Space Mechanisms, einschließlich relevanter Umwelt- und Qualifikationstests * Kundenorientierung: Du kommunizierst sicher mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internationalen Projektpartnern und kannst komplexe technische Inhalte sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch verständlich vermitteln
