Je bent dé go-to persoon voor klanten die strategisch advies nodig hebben over eigendomsbelasting, overdrachtsbelasting en andere fiscale implicaties van vastgoedtransacties. Wat ga je doen? - Klanten adviseren over belastingoptimalisatie bij aankoop, verkoop en exploitatie van vastgoed - Complexe fiscale structuren analyseren en implementeren voor real estate-projecten - Onderzoeks- en complianceopdrachten uitvoeren op het gebied van vastgoedbelasting - Junior consultants coachen en ontwikkelen - Langdurige relaties opbouwen met vastgoedprofessionals en investeerders Wat breng je mee? - Minimaal 5-7 jaar ervaring in vastgoedbelasting of gerelateerde fiscale advisory - Diepgaande kennis van Nederlandse belastingwetgeving, vooral overdrachts- en eigendomsbelasting - Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en vermogen om complexe materie helder uit te leggen - Zelfstandige werkhouding met oog voor detail - Bereidheid tot continue professionele ontwikkeling Wat bieden wij?
