Voor een groeiend accountantskantoor te Zwijnaarde zoeken we een Senior Tax & Legal Advisor die complexe fiscale en juridische materies kan vertalen naar helder, praktisch en begrijpelijk advies.

Je komt terecht in een hecht en divers team met verschillende expertisegebieden. Binnen een omgeving waar innovatie, digitalisering, kwaliteit en opleiding centraal staan, krijg je de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de verdere uitbouw van de fiscaal-juridische dienstverlening.

Jouw taken

  • Je analyseert complexe fiscale, vennootschapsrechtelijke en juridische vraagstukken en vertaalt deze naar pragmatische oplossingen.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij fiscale en juridische problematieken en fungeert als inhoudelijke sparringpartner.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij strategische en fiscale beslissingen en weet complexe materie op een duidelijke manier uit te leggen.
  • Je volgt de fiscale en juridische actualiteit nauwgezet op.
  • Je bewaakt en bouwt samen met collega's de interne kennisdatabank verder uit.
  • Je werkt mee aan interne en externe opleidingen en deelt jouw expertise met collega's.
  • Je begeleidt junior en medior profielen in hun verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere organisatie en uitbouw van de fiscaal-juridische afdeling.
  • Je denkt mee na over innovatie en helpt de digitale juridische dienstverlening verder uit te bouwen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een Master in de Rechten en hebt een stevige kennis van fiscaal recht.
  • Je hebt een sterke expertise in vennootschapsbelasting en personenbelasting. Kennis van andere rechtsdomeinen is een plus.
  • Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je bent sterk in het analyseren van complexe materies en weet deze te vertalen naar helder en praktisch advies.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en draagt graag bij aan een positieve werkomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je denkt graag out of the box en kijkt verder dan de klassieke oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in innovatie en digitalisering binnen juridische dienstverlening.
