Bij RYSE krijg je als Senior Toezichthouder de kans om complexe bouwprojecten in goede banen te leiden, met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid én samenwerking. Functie Projectmanager Wil jij werken aan spraakmakende bouwprojecten en zorgen dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt? Bij RYSE krijg je als Senior Toezichthouder de kans om complexe bouwprojecten in goede banen te leiden, met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid én samenwerking. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Toezichthouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de controle op de bouwplaats en maak je onderdeel uit van het projectteam. Je bent de ogen en oren op de bouw; je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering, bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat projecten worden opgeleverd volgens afspraak. Daarnaast ben je als senior hét aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en geef je richting en sturing aan medior en junior collega's. Je denkt mee op strategisch niveau, borgt kennis en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening. Concreet houd jij je bezig met: - Toezicht houden op de uitvoering en kwaliteit van bouwprojecten, inclusief bewaken van de planning, kosten en veiligheid en de bijbehorende communicatie en vastlegging daarvan. - Controleren van materialen, vakmanschap, constructiemethoden en naleving van voorschriften. - Coördineren van werkzaamheden tussen verschillende partijen (architect, adviseurs, aannemers). - Bijwonen van bouw- en werkvergaderingen, uitvoeren van (voor)schouwen, opleveringen en nazorg. - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten en risico's tijdens de uitvoering. - Vastleggen en rapporteren van voortgang, afwijkingen en bevindingen. - Begeleiden en coachen van medior en junior collega's binnen het team. - Relatiebeheer met opdrachtgevers en onderhouden van je eigen netwerk. - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en bijdragen a...
