Als Senior Consultant help jij organisaties over te stappen naar een moderne, flexibele manier van werken waarin technologie, processen en samenwerking optimaal samenkomen. Jij analyseert de uitdagingen en doelen van de klant, begeleidt teams in hun transitie richting DevOps, en stimuleert een cultuur van continue verbetering. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen IT-operations en softwareontwikkeling: met jouw inhoudelijke ervaring én coachende kwaliteiten maak jij digitale transformatie een succes. Een greep uit jouw uitdagingen - Leidinggeven aan omvangrijke transformaties bij klanten. - Adviseren en ondersteunen van teams, management én raad van bestuur voor succesvolle organisatieverandering. - Verantwoordelijk bouwen aan duurzame klantrelaties. - Signaleren en realiseren van nieuwe opdrachten samen met je eigen netwerk en dat van Eraneos. - Leidend zijn in het ontwikkelen en coachen van (junior) collega's binnen multidisciplinaire teams.
