Flex Logo, Blue - Werken bij Flex - Cultuur Senior Transport Coordinator 32-40 uur v.a. € 3.300,- Oostrum, Nobelstraat Jouw nieuwe baan bij Flex Senior Transport Coordinator De Sr. Transport Coordinator is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en verbeteren van efficiënte internationale transportlogistieke processen en netwerken. Transport- en vervoerdersmanagement zijn nauw verbonden met de Control Tower- en Customer Focus teams, die end-to-end transport- en supply chain services leveren aan internationale klanten met als doel supply chains te beheersen en te optimaliseren op het gebied van kosten, kwaliteit en effectiviteit. Wij beheren zowel 4PL- als 3PL-diensten. Deze functie maakt deel uit van het (site) transportteam en rapporteert aan de Procurement & Transportation Manager. Dit ga je doen: Transportplanning en Coordination - Coördineren en monitoren van dagelijkse transportactiviteiten; - Zorgdragen voor een optimale inzet van vervoerders en een effectieve benutting van transportcapaciteit; - Beheren van transportschema's om te voldoen aan de leveringsafspraken met klanten; - Bewaken van de dienstverlening en proactief oplossen van operationele verstoringen; - Afstemmen met vervoerders, warehouses, klanten en interne afdelingen; - Zorgen voor naleving van transportwetgeving, kwaliteitsnormen en interne procedures; - Bijhouden van correcte transportadministratie en documentatie. Wat breng je mee? - Een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in bijvoorbeeld Supply Chain Management, Transport of Logistiek; - Minimaal 5 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen transportmanagement en logistiek; - Aantoonbare ervaring met het coördineren van nationale en internationale transportactiviteiten; - Ervaring met carrier management en het monitoren van transportprestaties; - Gedegen kennis van verschillende transportmodaliteiten; ervaring met luchtvracht, wegtransport en e-commerce logistiek is een pré; - Goede kennis van Tran...
