Transportplanner Senior

In deze functie maak je deel uit van een team van ongeveer 5 collega's. Je werkt nauw samen met andere operationele teams en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de teamleider controlekamer.

Onze afdeling transportplanning verzorgt dagelijks 45 tot 60 ritten naar onze klant. Daarnaast organiseren we ook ophalingen in de buurt. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat verse groenten en fruit vlot en correct van de teler tot in het distributiecentrum raken.

Jouw taken

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig plannen en opvolgen van ritten voor chauffeurs en charters.
  • Je stuurt chauffeurs aan, verwerkt de nodige transportdocumenten en werkt vlot met de beschikbare planningstools.
  • Je bewaakt continu de planning en grijpt proactief in wanneer wijzigingen, vertragingen of operationele uitdagingen zich voordoen.
  • Je analyseert knelpunten, denkt mee na over oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt.
  • Je behoudt overzicht in een omgeving waar snel schakelen belangrijk is en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van transport, magazijn en andere operationele afdelingen om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Je neemt binnen het team een coachende rol op en deelt actief jouw kennis, ervaring en best practices met minder ervaren collega's.
  • Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen in processen, werkwijzen en planningstools om de afdeling verder te versterken.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring als transportplanner, dispatcher of in een vergelijkbare planningsfunctie binnen logistiek of transport.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma of hebt een gelijkwaardig denk- en werkniveau opgebouwd door ervaring.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en je bent proactief, wacht niet af wanneer actie nodig is.
  • Je denkt logisch, analytisch en kan snel schakelen tussen verschillende prioriteiten.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en het Engels.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en Excel. Ervaring met planningstools zoals SAP/TM is een sterke troef.
  • Je brengt structuur in complexe situaties en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige assertiviteit, bent stressbestendig en kan onderbouwde beslissingen nemen.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die tegelijk collega's kan begeleiden en ondersteunen vanuit ervaring.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in ploegendiensten: 6u-14u en 14u-22u. Daarnaast werk je mee in een weekendrotatie van 1 op 5 weekends (zaterdag 6u-14u en zondag 9u-17u).
