Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing op de bouwplaats en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitsnormen verlopen. Je bent dé schakel tussen de opdrachtgever, projectleider, onderaannemers en je eigen bouwteam. Veiligheid staat bij jou voorop, evenals het waarborgen van een uitstekende werkrelatie met alle betrokken partijen. Functie inhoud - Leidinggeven aan het bouwteam en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats. - Bewaken van de projectplanning en het budget. - Waarborgen van de veiligheid en kwaliteit op de bouwplaats. - Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief aandragen van oplossingen. - Aansturen van en communiceren met verschillende partijen zoals onderaannemers, opdrachtgevers, en leveranciers. - Zorgen voor een goede vastlegging van de voortgang en oplevering van het project. - Begeleiden en coachen van junior uitvoerders en teamleden. Functie eisen - Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder in de bouw. - Aantoonbare ervaring met zowel nieuwbouw als renovatieprojecten. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en leiderschap. - Oog voor detail en kwaliteit, met een sterke focus op veiligheid. - Oplossingsgericht en in staat om flexibel in te spelen op veranderingen. - Ervaring met het werken binnen gestelde budgetten en planningen.
