Samenvatting Als senior UX designer maak je onderdeel uit van het Design System team van PGGM. Je draagt bij aan de doorontwikkeling van een multiclient design system dat meerdere pensioenfondsen ondersteunt volgens het principe one core, many brands. In deze rol combineer je ontwerpvaardigheden met strategisch inzicht en stuur je op standaardisatie, governance en consistente gebruikerservaringen. Je werkt nauw samen met UX-, development- en productteams en creëert draagvlak voor gezamenlijke werkwijzen. Daarnaast coach je designers en adviseer je stakeholders over de inzet en waarde van het design system. Waar kom je te werken? Je komt te werken binnen het Design System team van PGGM. Het team ondersteunt meerdere pensioenfondsen en werkt nauw samen met UX-, development- en productteams. Je opereert in een corporate en gereguleerde omgeving waar standaardisatie, samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? - Je ontwikkelt componenten, patterns en richtlijnen binnen het bestaande tokenmodel. - Je werkt vanuit een token-gebaseerde architectuur en draagt bij aan verdere professionalisering. - Je signaleert en lost inconsistenties tussen fondsen en merken op. - Je reduceert technical debt binnen het design system. - Je vertaalt ontwerpprincipes naar schaalbare en herbruikbare oplossingen. - Je werkt samen met development aan implementatie en borging van ontwerpbeslissingen. - Je stelt documentatie, richtlijnen en best practices op en onderhoudt deze. - Je adviseert stakeholders over de inzet, we...
