Een krappe bouwplaats, meerdere onderaannemers en een verkeersfase die geen dag mag uitlopen: jij brengt rust en richting wanneer buiten alles tegelijk gebeurt. Als Senior Voorman GWW stuur je de dagelijkse uitvoering van complexe civiele projecten aan. Je vertaalt planning en tekeningen naar duidelijke taken, bewaakt veiligheid en kwaliteit en houdt de uitvoerder voortdurend op de hoogte. Tegelijkertijd blijf je dicht bij het vak en spring je bij waar jouw ervaring het meeste verschil maakt. Je bepaalt vervolgens de dagelijkse werkvolgorde, organiseert de ploeg en controleert of alle middelen beschikbaar zijn. Tijdens de uitvoering bewaak je de samenhang tussen vakdisciplines. Je grijpt tijdig in wanneer veiligheid, kwaliteit of voortgang dreigt af te wijken. Je gaat onder andere: - De dagelijkse uitvoering van complexe GWW-projecten coördineren; - Meerdere ploegen en onderaannemers praktisch aansturen; - Werkzaamheden verdelen en prioriteiten bepalen; - Dagstarts, toolboxen en werkplekinstructies verzorgen; - Tekeningen, maatvoering en technische eisen met de ploeg bespreken; - Werkmethoden en bouwfaseringen vertalen naar concrete werkzaamheden; Wie ben jij? Je bent een ervaren leider uit de praktijk. Je begrijpt de techniek, kent de dynamiek van de bouwplaats en weet hoe je verschillende mensen als één ploeg laat werken. Onder druk blijf je helder communiceren en maak je keuzes die uitlegbaar zijn. Je stelt grenzen wanneer veiligheid of kwaliteit in het gedrang komt. We verwachten dat jij: - Ruime ervaring hebt als voorman GWW, eerste voorman of vakman civiele techniek; - Grondige praktijkkennis hebt van grondwerk, riolering en wegenbouw; - Ervaring hebt met complexe of binnenstedelijke civiele projecten; - Meerdere ploegen en ond...
