Met gevoel én verstand Bij SMT Bouw & Vastgoed werk je aan uitdagende scholen, woongebouwen en zorgprojecten die er écht toe doen. Van eerste schets tot oplevering draag je bij aan gebouwen waar mensen leren, wonen en zorg ontvangen. In ons kleine, ondernemende team krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid, werk je nauw samen met opdrachtgevers en ben je al vanaf de ontwikkel- en bouwteamfase betrokken bij projecten. Geen logge organisatie, maar korte lijnen, zelfstandigheid en de ruimte om echt het verschil te maken. Dat is wat wij doen en wat ons beweegt! Functie-informatie: Als werkvoorbereider bij SMT Bouw & Vastgoed krijg je vanaf het begin veel verantwoordelijkheid. Alle projecten worden in eigen beheer vanuit engineering & build uitgewerkt. Dat gaat gepaard met veel vrijheid om eigen ideeën uit te voeren en zo het project te sturen en te optimaliseren. Als senior werkvoorbereider ben je de spil tussen ontwerp, voorbereiding en uitvoering. Taken die daarbij horen zijn: - Opstellen van planningen, budgetten en bewakingsschema's. - Inkoopvoorbereiding, inkopen van onderaannemers en leveranciers (samen met de projectleider of zelfstandig), uitwerken van opdrachten. - Adviserende rol spelen bij ontwerpfase / bouwvoorbereidingsfase, controleren en aansturen van BIM afdeling en (werk)tekeningen. - Coördineren van meer- en minderwerk. - Contacten onderhouden met leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Contact met opdrachtgevers, klanten en kopers (kopers begeleiding). - Deelname in diverse overlegstructuren. - Uitvoeringsgereed maken van diverse projecten.
