Precies daar ontstaan vaak de duurste fouten. Als Senior Werkvoorbereider Civiele Techniek neem jij verantwoordelijkheid voor die tussenruimte. Je brengt ontbrekende besluiten boven tafel, toetst of een ontwerp buiten maakbaar is en organiseert alles wat nodig is om risicovolle werkfasen gecontroleerd vrij te geven. Je doet dit voor complexe riooltracés, verkeerskundige reconstructies, kunstwerken en grootschalige gebiedsontwikkelingen. Je organiseert de technische gereedheid van het project. Voor iedere kritieke fase bepaal je welke tekeningen, materialen, keuringen en besluiten aanwezig moeten zijn. Je voert gerichte gereedheidsreviews uit en geeft pas groen licht wanneer de uitvoering aantoonbaar kan starten. Zo maak je van voorbereiding een actief beheersinstrument. Je gaat onder andere: - De technische voorbereidingsaanpak voor complexe projecten bepalen; - De projectscope ontleden in kritieke en beheersbare werkstromen; - Eisen uit contracten vertalen naar aantoonbare projectactiviteiten; - Gereedheidscriteria voor belangrijke uitvoeringsfasen vaststellen; - Ontwerpdocumenten beoordelen op volledigheid en maakbaarheid; - Afwijkingen tussen begroting, contract en ontwerp blootleggen; - De effecten van ontwerpbesluiten op uitvoering en onderhoud onderzoeken; Je hebt geleerd dat ervaring vooral waardevol wordt wanneer je deze omzet in betere vragen. Je herkent welke informatie ontbreekt, welke aanname te optimistisch is en welk detail later de kritieke lijn kan raken.
