Als senior werkvoorbereider zet je jouw bouwkundige kennis, ervaring met BIM en organisatorische vaardigheden in voor uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Van zorgcomplexen tot binnenstedelijke woningbouw: je bent vanaf de ontwerpfase betrokken en vormt de verbinding tussen ontwerp, voorbereiding en uitvoering. Als senior werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Uitwerken en controleren van tekeningen, werkplannen en BIM-modellen; - Bewaken van kosten, planning, kwaliteit en maakbaarheid; - Verzorgen van inkoop en afstemmen met partners en leveranciers; - Signaleren van kansen, risico's en technische knelpunten; - Afstemmen van alle disciplines voor een soepele uitvoering.
