Bij Mobilis krijg je als werkvoorbereider de kans om het verschil te maken in uitdagende projecten: van het vernieuwen en verbeteren van de Nederlandse infrastructuur, doelgerichte en slimme oplossingen in de energietransitie tot innovatieve technieken in de waterzuiveringen. Jouw voorbereiding bepaalt of een ontwerp écht maakbaar is en of een project sterk de uitvoering in kan. Als ervaren werkvoorbereider doorzie jij wat een project nodig heeft om soepel en succesvol te verlopen. Om een kunstwerk te realiseren zoals die is bedacht en ontworpen, zorg jij er als werkvoorbereider voor dat alles klopt: van werkmethodes en planningen, tot inkoop, administratie en veiligheid. Je signaleert kansen en risico's, denkt mee over slimme oplossingen en draagt bij aan een veilige, duurzame en efficiënte uitvoering. Projectdoelen zet jij om naar een werkvoorbereiding die slim in elkaar zit. Je houdt de voortgang, veiligheid en kwaliteit van het project goed in de gaten. En als het nodig is, grijp je meteen in. Om dit voor elkaar te krijgen, werk je samen met ontwerpers, uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Heb je interesse in het aansturen en coachen van junior werkvoorbereiders?
