Introductie Als Senior Werkvoorbereider ben je vanaf de initiële opname tot en met oplevering betrokken en heb je een proactieve rol in het optimaliseren van processen en het oplossen van knelpunten. Organisatie Je gaat werken voor een toonaangevend bouwbedrijf gespecialiseerd in restauratie, herbestemming en verduurzaming van monumentaal vastgoed in de Randstad. De organisatie heeft een sterke reputatie in het leveren van kwalitatief hoogwaardige restauratieprojecten waarbij vakmanschap, erfgoedbehoud en moderne technieken samenkomen. Denk aan historische panden, kerken, iconische gevels en andere erfgoedschatten die met precisie en respect worden teruggebracht naar hun glorie. Functie Als Senior Werkvoorbereider Restauratie ben jij dé spin in het web bij uitdagende restauratie- en renovatieprojecten in de Randstad. Jouw werk heeft impact op het behoud van cultureel erfgoed én op het dagelijkse uitvoeringstraject. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor o.a.: Voorbereiden, analyseren en uitwerken van technische plannen en tekeningen; Opstellen en bewaken van planningen zodat projecten tijdig en efficiënt verlopen; Inkoop van materialen en coördinatie met leveranciers en onderaannemers; Financiële bewaking van budgetten en het signaleren van risico's; Nauw samenwerken met projectleiders, uitvoerders en andere betrokkenen; Rapporteren, documenteren en bijdragen aan kwaliteitszorg gedurende het project.
