Over de organisatie Haaglanden Medisch Centrum (HMC) is hét stadsziekenhuis voor de Haagse regio en biedt een compleet zorgaanbod. Als topklinisch opleidingsziekenhuis beschikt HMC over een breed palet aan expertises en worden patiënten behandeld in gespecialiseerde centra en samenwerkingen. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een sterke focus op innovatie, gastvrijheid en samenwerking. Vanuit de overtuiging dat zorg begint bij aandacht, kijkt HMC met en door de ogen van de patiënt en wordt zorg geboden die past bij de individuele behoeften. De afdeling Radiologie & Nucleaire Geneeskunde vormt een dynamische en hoogtechnologische omgeving waarin diagnostiek, technologie en patiëntenzorg voortdurend in ontwikkeling zijn. De afdeling verzorgt beeldvormende onderzoeken op alle locaties van HMC en bestaat uit circa 180 medewerkers. Samenwerking tussen verschillende disciplines is daarbij essentieel. Over de functie Voor Radiologie & Nucleaire Geneeskunde zoekt HMC een Senior Zorgmanager die overzicht houdt, focus aanbrengt en medewerkers op een betrokken manier weet mee te nemen in verandering. De Senior Zorgmanager is samen met de collega-(senior) zorgmanagers en de medisch manager integraal verantwoordelijk voor het functioneren en de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling. De functie vraagt om iemand die gemakkelijk schakelt tussen de dagelijkse operatie en strategische vraagstukken en daarin de juiste prioriteiten weet te stellen.
