DEINE MISSION

* Verantwortung für Konzeption, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung

sensorischer Programme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit R&D/NPD, Ingredient

Portfolio sowie Flavor & Applications

* Sensorische Bewertung von Zutaten und Produkten, Produktentwicklung, Definition von Flavor

Profilen sowie Mitwirkung bei Applikations- und Flavor-Evaluierungen

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von sensorischen Daten, Deskriptoren, Lexika

und Flavor-Bibliotheken über Teams und Regionen hinweg

* Marktanalysen, Interpretation und Kommunikation sensorischer Ergebnisse an

relevante Stakeholder sowie kontinuierlicher Ausbau der Flavor- und

Kategorie-Expertise

DEIN BACKGROUND

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (MSc) in Lebensmittelwissenschaften,

Ernährungswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung

* Mehrjährige Industrieerfahrung im Lebensmittel-, Aroma- oder Fragrance

Umfeld mit klarem Fokus auf Sensorik

* Erfahrung in der Durchführung sensorischer Tests sowie sehr gute mündliche

und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, SAP-Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise, hohe

Organisationsfähigkeit, interkulturelle Offenheit sowie Belastbarkeit

* Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Kompetenz, insbesondere in virtuellen und

cross-funktionalen Projekten

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen

(insbesondere Deutsch) von Vorteil
