Wil jij ervoor zorgen dat bijzondere maatwerkreizen online beter worden gevonden én meer relevante aanvragen opleveren? Bij Avila Reizen krijg je de ruimte om onze organische en betaalde online zichtbaarheid verder uit te bouwen.

Taken Wat ga je doen?

Als SEO, SEA & GEO Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vergroten van onze online vindbaarheid in traditionele zoekmachines én AI-gedreven zoek- en antwoordomgevingen, het aantrekken van kwalitatief verkeer en het verbeteren van conversie. Je combineert data, techniek en commerciële content en werkt nauw samen met het marketingteam.

- Je ontwikkelt en voert de SEO-, SEA- en GEO-strategie (Generative Engine Optimization) uit voor onze bestemmingen, reizen en campagnes.

- Je beheert en optimaliseert betaalde zoekcampagnes, budgetten, biedingen, zoekwoorden en advertentieteksten.

- Je voert zoekwoordenonderzoeken, concurrentieanalyses en technische SEO-audits uit en onderzoekt hoe Avila Reizen, onze bestemmingen en reizen worden weergegeven en genoemd in AI-zoek- en antwoordomgevingen. Je vertaalt deze inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties.

- Je optimaliseert landingspagina’s, metadata, interne links, structured data en bestaande content voor vindbaarheid, relevantie en conversie. Daarbij zorg je dat content helder, betrouwbaar en goed interpreteerbaar is voor zowel zoekmachines als generatieve AI-systemen.

- Je monitort prestaties binnen SEO, SEA en GEO, maakt heldere rapportages en stuurt bij op basis van data en commerciële doelstellingen. Je ontwikkelt daarbij ook een praktische manier om AI-zichtbaarheid, merkvermeldingen, bronverwijzingen en relevante referral traffic te volgen.

- Je werkt samen met collega’s en externe specialisten aan content, tracking, websiteverbeteringen, digitale PR/autoriteit en nieuwe online groeikansen.

- Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen zoekmachines, generatieve AI, AI-search en online advertising op de voet. Je experimenteert met GEO en beoordeelt welke platformen, co
