Aktuell suchen wir 1 Service Account Manager (m/w/d)

* Du betreust internationale Bestandskunden und entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen nachhaltig und aktiv weiter

* Du bist Trusted Advisor deiner Kunden und trägst durch deine Arbeit wesentlich zu ihrem Erfolg bei

* Du erkennst und generierst Absatzchancen und treibst den Vertrieb von Projekten sowie Serviceprodukten aktiv voran - Grundlage dafür sind regelmäßiger Kundenkontakt, eine hohe Marktpräsenz sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und internationalen Schnittstellen

* Du planst gemeinsam mit deinen Kunden den Lebenszyklus ihrer installierten Lösungen und identifizierst daraus Modernisierungs-, Erweiterungs- und Optimierungspotenziale

* Voice of the Customer: Du bist die Stimme des Kunden innerhalb der KNAPP-Gruppe und vertrittst dessen Interessen im Unternehmen

* Du verfügst idealerweise bereits über Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, Account Management oder Customer Service

* Du denkst wirtschaftlich und arbeitest gerne an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Niederlassungen, Fachabteilungen und Vertrieb

* Du bist wissbegierig und bereit, dir umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich intralogistischer Systemlösungen anzueignen

* Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil

* Du bist serviceorientiert, kommunikationsstark, zuverlässig und überzeugst durch ein professionelles Auftreten
