De rol in het kort Als Service-Accountmanager IT ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en uitbreiden van klantrelaties. Je fungeert als het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat onze dienstverlening perfect aansluit bij hun behoeften. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne teams om de juiste oplossingen te leveren en zorgt ervoor dat onze serviceverlening altijd van de hoogste kwaliteit is.
