Werken bij Opel Service Adviseur Leiden Functie omschrijving Als Service Adviseur ben jij het gezicht van Motorhuis voor onze klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij zich welkom voelen en met een goed gevoel weer de weg op gaan. Je begeleidt het hele proces: van het maken van een afspraak tot het moment dat de klant de auto weer ophaalt. Ook na de service houd je contact om te zorgen dat alles naar wens is verlopen. Je luistert goed, stelt de juiste vragen en komt je afspraken na. Je overziet het hele serviceproces en schakelt moeiteloos tussen klanten, monteurs en administratie. Dankzij jouw duidelijke communicatie en klantgerichte aanpak weet je vertrouwen te winnen. Profiel Functie eisen Jij beschikt over: - Mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als Service adviseur; - Een commerciële instelling en een flinke dosis servicegerichtheid; - Handig met computersystemen; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Representatief, stressbestendig en flexibel; - Je bent sociaal, denkt mee met de klant en houdt ervan om snel te schakelen. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een fijne sfeer op de werkvloer en tevreden klanten aan de balie.
