Functie De functie van Service Adviseur is een belangrijke rol binnen een dealerbedrijf. Je weet dat er meer nodig is dan alleen technische kennis om succesvol te zijn. Het is net zo belangrijk dat je goed kunt luisteren, de juiste vragen stelt, duidelijk communiceert en gemaakte afspraken nakomt. Het belangrijkste doel is dat klanten met een goed gevoel en veilig weer de weg op gaan. Je toont oprechte interesse in de klant en weet op een prettige manier contact te leggen. Of het nu gaat om schade, onderhoud of een garantieaanvraag, jij zet je in om klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen en een passende oplossing te bieden. Daarbij weet je een goede balans te vinden tussen resultaatgericht werken en het bieden van een hoogwaardige service en gastvrijheid. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de klantbeleving optimaal is. Het doel is dat klanten zo tevreden zijn dat zij jou en het bedrijf aanbevelen bij familie, vrienden en kennissen.
