Als Service Adviseur in Scherpenzeel bereid je werkorders voor, plan je reparaties in en zorg je dat monteurs weten wat er moet gebeuren. Je verdient €2.800 tot €3.400 bruto per maand en werkt 4 of 5 dagen per week. Wat ga je doen? Als Service Adviseur ben jij de schakel tussen klant, planning en werkplaats. Je zorgt dat onderhoud en reparaties goed voorbereid zijn, zodat trucks en bedrijfswagens snel weer de weg op kunnen. Je houdt je bezig met: - werkorders voorbereiden; - reparaties voor de werkplaats inplannen; - beurtenschema's bijhouden; - ondersteunen bij voorcalculaties; - klantcontact via telefoon, mail en balie; - afstemmen met de chef werkplaats of meewerkend voorman. In Scherpenzeel is het klantcontact overzichtelijker dan op grotere vestigingen. Je maakt geen offertes in opdracht en neemt reparatieverzoeken niet zelfstandig aan of in behandeling. Wat kun je van ons verwachten? - Salaris van €2.800 tot €3.400 bruto per maand; - werken in Scherpenzeel, zonder ploegendienst; - keuze uit 4 of 5 dagen per week; - een enthousiast team op de vestiging; - werken tussen DAF-trucks, bedrijfswagens en werkplaatscollega's. - €1.000,- bonus bij het aandragen van een nieuwe Maintec collega; - Leuke uitjes en borrels, zo gaan we dit jaar naar Dierenpark Amersfoort! Waar ga je werken? Je werkt bij een nuchtere bedrijfswagendealer in Scherpenzeel. Op deze vestiging draait het om service en onderhoud aan trucks, opleggers en bedrijfswagens. Jij zit dicht op de werkplaats en helpt mee om klanten op weg te houden. De sfeer is praktisch: korte lijnen, snel schakelen en samen zorgen dat de planning klopt. Wat verwachten wij van jou?
