Porsche Centrum Brabant is onderdeel van PGZ , waar ook Porsche Centrum Maastricht , Bentley Maastricht , PGZ Schadeherstel en PGZ Car Cosmetics onder vallen. De werkplaatsreceptie van Porsche Centrum Brabant neemt de vragen/klachten aan van werkplaatsklanten en begeleidt het volledige serviceproces. We delen daarbij passie voor het merk en haar producten met onze klanten, voor wie een Porsche zoveel meer betekent dan 'gewoon' een auto. De functie In de functie van Service Adviseur Backoffice werk je nauw samen met de Service Adviseurs Frontoffice, Werkplaatsvoorman en Magazijnmedewerkers om onze klanten maximaal te ontzorgen. Je staat de klanten telefonisch te woord, beantwoord vragen en plant afspraken in. Je verzorgt de prijsopgaves voor reparaties en de facturatie. Jij werkt daarin niet alleen. Integendeel, je bent een teamspeler die goed communiceert en met samenwerking de kracht van heel PGZ in weet te zetten om verwachtingen van de klant te overtreffen. En die in bezit is van : • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie (pré) • Minimaal MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau • Een gezonde dosis humor • Een rijbewijs B Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: • Behandelen van telefoon en e-mail • Afspraken maken en digitaal verwerken voor reparatie en onderhoud • Proactieve en duidelijke communicatie met de klant • Werkorder voorbereiding • Proactief overleg met magazijn en werkplaats • Waarborgen van een juiste kwaliteit van de werkorders • Klant en voertuig gegevens correct te verwerken in ons DMS • Offertes uitbre...
