Ze bieden allesomvattende oplossingen voor wagenparkbeheer, onderhoud en reparatie, en digitale oplossingen. Functie-informatie: Binnen jouw functie als Service Adviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten die service en onderhoud nodigen hebben voor hun voertuigen. Met jouw administratieve skills weet jij alles wat er in de werkplaats gebeurt te verwerken. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van afspraken, het ontvangen en te woord staan van de klanten en uiteraard voor het adviseren van de best mogelijke oplossingen. Daarnaast coördineer je de werkzaamheden in de werkplaats en zorg je ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Kortom, jij bent onmisbaar voor de klant én je collega's. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met; Het aanmaken van werkorders; Administratief verwerken van de werkzaamheden, Facturen opmaken, uren en onderdelen checken en nagaan of afspraken zijn nagekomen; Inplannen van de werkzaamheden bij collega's in de werkplaats; Klantvragen en klachten afhandelen. Functie-eisen: Doordat jij organisatorisch en commutatief sterk bent weet jij het overzicht goed te bewaren. Jij houdt ervan om met de klanten in contact te staan en hen te ontzorgen. Samen met jouw collega's zetten jullie net dat stapje extra om de klanten nóg beter terug de weg op te helpen. Ook als je nog geen ervaring hebt zien we graag jouw cv tegemoet!
