Onze klant te Zonhoven is gespecialiseerd in GT classic, street en race cars. Ter versterking van het werkplaatsteam zijn wij op zoek naar een After Sales Klantenadviseur en Werkplaatsplanner voor de

dagelijkse planning, klantadvies, administratie, onderdelenaankoop en stockbeheer van de werkplaats.

De functie:

  • Als After Sales Klantenadviseur en Werkplaatsplanner sta jij centraal in onze werkplaatswerking.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en adviseert hen op technisch vlak over onderhoud, herstellingen en de staat van hun voertuig.
  • Je beheert werkplaatsafspraken, coördineert de in- en uitname van voertuigen, plant de
  • werkplaatscapaciteit, volgt lopende jobs op en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie tussen
  • klanten, technici, leveranciers en werkplaatsmanagement.
  • Daarnaast beheer je de onderdelenaankoop en stock van de werkplaats. Dit omvat het
  • bestellen van onderdelen en materialen, het opvolgen van leveringen, het onderhouden van
  • stockniveaus en ervoor zorgen dat technici steeds over de nodige onderdelen beschikken.
  • De functie combineert technisch onderbouwd klantadvies, werkplaatsplanning, administratie, aankoop, etc

Onze ideale kandidaat:

  • Technische scholing in automotive, mechanica of een vergelijkbare richting is een belangrijk aspect.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in een automotive, werkplaats-, dealer- of klantenservice- omgeving is een must.
  • Sterke organisatorische, administratieve en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en adviesvaardigheden richting klanten.
  • In staat om meerdere voertuigen, jobs, bestellingen en prioriteiten tegelijk te beheren.
  • Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en oog voor detail.
  • Vlot in de omgang met zowel klanten als technisch geschoold werkplaatspersoneel.
  • Automotive kennis en/of technische ervaring met Porsche, GT, classic of race cars is een sterke troef.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en de technische aspecten van de voertuigen kunnen begrijpen en toelichten.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands is vereist; Engels, Frans of Duits zijn een plus.
  • Ervaring met werkplaatsbeheersystemen, ERP, voorraad- of boekhoudsystemen is een troef.
  • Proactief, betrouwbaar en in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Passie voor auto's en motorsport is een sterke troef.
