Jij houdt de werkplaats draaiende én de klant tevreden. Geen chaos, wel structuur.

Als service advisor ben jij de spil tussen klant en werkplaats. Jij zorgt dat alles vlot loopt: van afspraak tot oplevering.

Je ontvangt klanten aan de balie, telefonisch en via mail. Je luistert, stelt de juiste vragen en vertaalt hun vraag naar duidelijke werkorders voor de techniekers. Je plant de werken in en houdt overzicht over de agenda.

Een typische dag? Je start met de planning, verdeelt het werk over de techniekers en volgt alles op. Ondertussen beantwoord je vragen van klanten, geef je technische uitleg en zorg je dat iedereen weet waar hij aan toe is.

Je maakt werkorders op, doet facturatie en volgt dossiers op, ook bij complexere cases. Zie je een probleem? Dan los je het op. Klantentevredenheid is geen slogan, maar iets waar jij dagelijks mee bezig bent.

Daarnaast spring je bij waar nodig, bijvoorbeeld in het magazijn of bij onderdelenbeheer.

Je komt terecht in een gevestigde speler binnen de automotive sector waar kwaliteit en service centraal staan.

We zoeken iemand die overzicht houdt en graag schakelt:

  • Ervaring in de automobielsector (min. enkele jaren)
  • Technische kennis van voertuigen
  • Sterk in planning en organisatie
  • Klantgericht en communicatief
  • Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
  • Digitale vaardigheden (werkorders, systemen, opvolging)
  • Goede kennis Nederlands, basis Frans en Engels
  • Rijbewijs B

Je hoeft geen verkoper te zijn, maar wel iemand die klanten correct helpt en vertrouwen geeft.
