Ben jij technisch onderlegd, administratief sterk en een krak in het adviseren van klanten bij schadegevallen? Voor een premium automotive omgeving in Eke zoeken wij een gedreven Bestekkenmaker - Service Advisor. In deze rol ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen de klant, de schade-expert en de werkplaats.

Als Bestekkenmaker draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige schadedossier. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van 7 carrossiers en rapporteert aan de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke.

  • Dossierbeheer: Je maakt gedetailleerde bestekken op van wagens met ongevalsschade en verwerkt deze administratief ter goedkeuring door experts.
  • Advies & Communicatie: Je adviseert klanten over herstelmogelijkheden en kosten, en onderhoudt professionele contacten met zowel klanten als verzekeraars.
  • Planning & Logistiek: Je plant de herstellingen correct in en zorgt voor de tijdige bestelling van onderdelen en verbruiksmiddelen.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je volgt lopende herstelwerken op de voet en ziet toe op de efficiëntie en de hoogwaardige afwerking van elk voertuig.
  • Administratieve Nazorg: Je beheert het dossier tot en met de facturatie en biedt ondersteuning in de werkplaats waar nodig.

Profiel

Jouw profiel:

  • Expertise: Je hebt ervaring in schadeherstel of auto-expertise, bij voorkeur ondersteund door een automotive opleiding.
  • Technisch & Digitaal: Je bent technisch sterk en administratief goed onderlegd. Ervaring met Informex, Claims360 of Planmanager is een grote troef.
  • Communicatie: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van Engels en Frans.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent serviceminded, autonoom en beschikt over een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Meerdere taken gelijktijdig beheren schrikt je niet af.
  • Denkniveau: Je beschikt over een hoger denk- en werkniveau en stelt klanttevredenheid altijd centraal.
