Belgium (Dutch) Back - Service - CWS Service op hygiëneproducten en matten Service Agent Breadcrumb - Service Agent 09.09.2026 CWS Hygiene is marktleider op het gebied van duurzame hand- en toilethygiëne en voorloper op het gebied van duurzaamheid in onze sector. Deze positie willen we graag behouden! Help jij ons mee? Jouw missie als Service Agent: Als Service Agent ben jij het visitekaartje van CWS bij onze klanten. Je staat in voor een klantgerichte service en zorgt ervoor dat de klant voldoende vooraad heeft voor een propere sanitaire ruimte. - Je bent een vroege vogel want je dag begint tussen 6u en 6u30, afhankelijk van jouw route; - Aan de hand van jouw route en planning laad je jouw bestelwagen op het depot; - Je levert goederen bij onze klanten en verleent service (vloermatten, katoenen handdoekrollen, wc-papier, zeep, ladycare boxen); - Je vult de producten aan en onderhoudt onze sanitaire apparaten zoals handdoekrol houders, zeepdispensers en luchtverfrissers; - Je controleert de voorraden bij de klant en vult aan indien nodig; - Je rapporteert problemen of klachten aan onze depotmanager. We gaan van start met een intensieve opleiding van een 2- tal weken, je loopt mee met één van onze collega's die ook jouw peter of meter zal worden. Hoe draag je bij aan een succesvolle Service afdeling? Bij CWS vinden we het belangrijk dat er een persoonlijke klik is en jij je draai kunt vinden in het team. Daarnaast zijn we sterk aan het groeien en innoveren en moet je daarin mee kunnen bewegen. - Je bent communicatief en klantgericht, jij bent ons uithangbord bij de klant; - Kwaliteitsbewust, je levert service bij onze klanten en dit steeds met een glimlach; - Zelfstandig, flexibel en proactief?
