Bij een multidisciplinaire technisch dienstverlener in Breda werk je als Service Automation Engineer aan de betrouwbaarheid van industriële besturingen. De organisatie combineert industriële automatisering met onder meer elektrotechniek, paneelbouw en procestechniek voor machinebouwers en productiebedrijven. Je richt je op het analyseren van storingen, onderhouden van besturingssoftware en verbeteren van machine- en procesinstallaties. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de PLC, maar ook naar de samenhang met HMI, sensoren, aandrijvingen en elektrische componenten. In de dagelijkse servicepraktijk vertaal je meldingen van operators en onderhoudsteams naar een gerichte diagnose. Je stemt wijzigingen af met collega’s uit software en elektrotechniek, test de werking en legt aanpassingen zorgvuldig vast. Door uiteenlopende installaties te doorgronden verdiep je je kennis van besturingstechniek, industriële communicatie en structurele storingsanalyse. Wat ga je doen? - Storingen analyseren in PLC-besturingen, HMI’s en aangesloten veldapparatuur - Besturingssoftware aanpassen en verbeteringen gecontroleerd testen - Communicatieproblemen tussen besturingen, aandrijvingen en sensoren onderzoeken - Onderhoud uitvoeren aan industriële automatiseringssystemen - Operators en onderhoudsteams ondersteunen bij technische vragen - Softwarewijzigingen, back-ups en storingsoplossingen documenteren Wat vragen we van jou? - Technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met service en storingsanalyse aan industriële besturingen - Kennis van PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld met Siemens TIA Portal of een vergelijkbaar platform - Inzicht in HMI-systemen, industriële netwerken en elektrische schema’s - Een zorgvuldige werkwijze bij softwarewijzigingen en veilig testen - Heldere communicatie met operators, onderhoudstechnici en engineeringcollega’s Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functi.
