Dit ga je doen Als Service Coördinator ben je dé schakel tussen klanten uit de zorgsector en het serviceteam. Jij pakt inkomende servicevragen op, vertaalt deze naar uitvoerbare opdrachten en zorgt ervoor dat monteurs goed voorbereid aan de slag kunnen. Je bewaakt servicecontracten, signaleert meer- en minderwerk en houdt de administratie actueel. Je werkt samen met monteurs en projectleiders en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt.
