Ben jij degene die overzicht houdt, prioriteiten stelt en energie krijgt van het stroomlijnen van technische serviceprocessen. Dan is dit een rol met impact. Je komt te werken bij een landelijk opererende specialist in het beheer van woning- en gebouwinstallaties. De organisatie richt zich op veiligheid, kwaliteit en naleving van wet en regelgeving, met een sterke focus op drinkwaterveiligheid en legionellapreventie. Tot de opdrachtgevers behoren onder meer zorginstellingen, ziekenhuizen, hotels, woningcorporaties en VvE. Alle werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd conform geldende NEN normen, waardoor professionaliteit en kwaliteit centraal staan.

Jouw rol Als Service Coördinator ben jij de verbindende factor tussen klant, servicemonteurs en interne afdelingen. Jij bewaakt de voortgang van service- en inspectiewerkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Je signaleert knelpunten vroegtijdig, schakelt snel wanneer nodig en zorgt dat administratie en rapportages kloppen tot in detail.

Wat ga je concreet doen

Regisseren en bewaken van serviceaanvragen en storingsmeldingen Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne stakeholders Monitoren van voortgang, responstijden en SLA-verplichtingen Ondersteunen van het serviceteam bij werkbonverwerking, rapportages en facturatie Opstellen van duidelijke voortgangs- en klantrapportages Signaleren en initiëren van verbeteringen in serviceprocessen
