Service Coördinator Reparatie & Onderhoud Woerden Dit kun jij verwachten! Je komt te werken bij een betrokken organisatie binnen de vastgoedbranche. Vanuit het kantoor wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan het beheer, onderhoud en de verduurzaming van woningen en bedrijfsmatig vastgoed. Met een team van betrokken collega's zorg je ervoor dat huurders goed worden geholpen en onderhoudsvragen snel en zorgvuldig worden opgepakt. Als Medewerker Technisch Beheer Front Office ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor huurders met reparatie- en onderhoudsvragen. Jij luistert, denkt mee en zorgt ervoor dat een melding op de juiste manier wordt opgepakt. Je schakelt met huurders, aannemers en collega's en houdt ondertussen goed overzicht over de lopende werkzaamheden. Wat je verder kunt verwachten: - Een salaris tussen €3.350 en €3.950 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime; - Een functie vanaf 28 uur per week; - Premievrij pensioen; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Een aantrekkelijke fietsregeling; - Ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen; - Werken binnen een betrokken en groeiende organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat meldingen niet blijven liggen, huurders weten waar ze aan toe zijn en werkzaamheden goed worden opgevolgd. Dit ga jij doen Als Service Coördinator Reparatie & Onderhoud ben jij samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het eerste contact met huurders bij reparatie- en onderhoudsvragen. Je beoordeelt de melding, bepaalt wat er nodig is en zorgt dat de juiste vervolgstappen worden gezet. Vervolgens houd je de voortgang goed in de gaten. Jouw taken: - Telefonisch en per mail te woord staan van huurders met reparatie- en onderhoudsvragen; - Beoordelen van binnenkomende meldingen en bepalen van de juiste vervolgstappen; - Uitzetten van reparatie- en onderhoudsopdrachten bij aannemers; - Bewaken van de voortgang en zorgen dat opdrachten tijdig en correct worden afgeha...
