Service Contract Manager Als Service Contract Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vastleggen, beheren en verbeteren van alle service- en onderhoudsafspraken met klanten. Je zorgt dat contracten en SLA’s correct zijn opgesteld en dat de gemaakte afspraken worden nageleefd. Je stuurt actief op prestaties, onderhoudt klantrelaties en zorgt dat verwachtingen helder zijn. De nadruk ligt op regie, relatiebeheer en het continu optimaliseren van de dienstverlening.

Je werkt binnen het Inside Sales team, samen met drie Inside Sales Specialisten, en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen Sales, Projecten en Servicecoördinatie. Dankzij jouw overzicht en communicatieve vaardigheden sluiten commerciële, technische en operationele processen goed op elkaar aan. ARAS Security is een familiebedrijf met een open cultuur en korte lijnen, waar samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is.

Werkzaamheden op kantoor

Op kantoor zorg je voor een strakke regie op alles wat met SLA’s en klantafspraken te maken heeft. Je stemt continu af met de interne SLA-beheerder over planning, voortgang en rapportages, zodat alles soepel verloopt. KPI’s, contractafspraken en eventuele escalaties bespreek je tijdig en doelgericht. Daarnaast bereid je klantbezoeken en evaluaties zorgvuldig voor, zodat je altijd goed beslagen ten ijs komt. Je schakelt regelmatig met collega’s van service, techniek en sales om de dienstverlening optimaal af te stemmen. Ook houd je grip op commerciële kansen door openstaande offertes en aanbiedingen actief op te volgen.

Werkzaamheden buiten

Buiten de deur ben je het gezicht van de organisatie richting de klant. Je voert periodieke SLA-evaluaties uit op locatie, waarbij je prestaties, KPI’s en verbeterpunten helder bespreekt. Je bouwt actief aan sterke klantrelaties en weet verwachtingen goed te managen. Tegelijkertijd heb je oog voor risico’s én kansen: je signaleert waar contracten verbeterd of uitgebreid kunnen worden.
