Jij houdt het overzicht, regelt de planning en zorgt dat alles klopt - vanaf het eerste contact met de klant tot de factuur. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dat is precies wat jouw werk leuk maakt. Als een truck stilstaat, staat er meer stil dan alleen een voertuig. Dan staat het bedrijf van onze klant stil. En jij snapt dat als geen ander. Wat ga je doen? Jij schakelt snel, communiceert helder en houdt grip op de werkplaatsplanning. Als Service Coördinator ben jij het commerciële én operationele aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en chauffeurs. Jij zorgt dat werkzaamheden in de werkplaats slim worden gepland, afspraken worden nagekomen en service wordt geleverd zoals beloofd. Zo minimaliseer je de stilstand van de truck en vergroot je de klanttevredenheid. Met behulp van onze dealersystemen werk je procesmatig en resultaatgericht. Op proactieve wijze weet je klanten van het juiste (onderhouds)advies te voorzien en dit te verwerken tot een kwalitatieve werkplaatsfactuur. Je bent in staat een garantieclaim op te stellen aan de hand van de reparatieomschrijvingen van onze technici. Jouw werkdag in het kort: - Je staat klanten en chauffeurs professioneel en vriendelijk te woord (telefonisch en aan de receptie). - Je plant onderhoud en reparaties in overleg met de werkplaats. - Je bewaakt de voortgang en houdt alle betrokkenen goed geïnformeerd. - Je rondt het proces netjes af, inclusief administratie en facturatie. Je werkt samen in een enthousiast team in de werkplaats en het magazijn. Je rapporteert aan de Service Manager.
