Voor een groeiende technische organisatie in de regio Gorinchem zoeken we een Service Coördinator die techniek, service en organisatie moeiteloos met elkaar verbindt. De organisatie Je komt direct in dienst bij een Nederlandse machinebouwer die hoogwaardige, specialistische machines ontwikkelt en bouwt voor internationale klanten. De organisatie telt circa 20 medewerkers en groeit. Engineering vindt volledig in eigen huis plaats. Onderdelen worden grotendeels extern geproduceerd, waarna de machines intern worden geassembleerd en opgebouwd. Ook service, onderhoud en reparaties worden vanuit de eigen organisatie verzorgd. De werksfeer is technisch, nuchter en no-nonsense. De lijnen zijn kort en engineering, assemblage en service werken nauw met elkaar samen. Jouw functie Als Service Coördinator ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met technische vragen, storingen en serviceverzoeken. Je analyseert problemen en probeert deze waar mogelijk op afstand op te lossen. Wanneer specialistische kennis nodig is, schakel je met engineering of assemblage. Is inzet op locatie nodig, dan coördineer je de werkzaamheden van de buitendienst. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor spare parts: van het uitzoeken van onderdelen en het opstellen van offertes tot het verwerken van verkooporders. Het is dus geen pure planningsfunctie; technisch inzicht vormt de basis.
