Voor een internationaal familiebedrijf in IJsselstein zoeken we een Service Employee die klanten snel en zorgvuldig verder helpt en tegelijk bijdraagt aan een optimale inzet van producten en diensten. Wat krijg jij? Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationaal opererend familiebedrijf waar persoonlijke aandacht, samenwerking en ontwikkeling belangrijk zijn. Daarnaast kun je rekenen op: - Een salaris tussen € 3.250 en € 4.650, afhankelijk van je leeftijd en ervaring. - 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen op basis van een fulltime werkweek van 40 uur. - Reiskostenvergoeding. - Deelname aan het pensioenfonds via PMT. - Verschillende opleidingsmogelijkheden. - Een actieve personeelsvereniging. Als Service Employee ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten nadat zij producten of diensten hebben aangeschaft. Je helpt klanten met technische vragen, denkt actief met hen mee en zorgt ervoor dat serviceverzoeken snel, zorgvuldig en efficiënt worden afgehandeld. Daarbij houd je ook commerciële kansen goed in het oog en lever je een directe bijdrage aan tevreden klanten en een hoge servicekwaliteit. Je komt terecht bij een internationaal bedrijf dat geavanceerde software- en hardwareoplossingen ontwikkelt voor de automotive sector. Binnen één organisatie werken software, systeemintegratie en elektronische modules nauw met elkaar samen. Ondanks de internationale activiteiten is de sfeer nog altijd die van een Nederlands familiebedrijf: korte lijnen, een prettige werkomgeving en veel aandacht voor ontwikkeling, samenwerking en betrouwbaarheid.
