Wat wordt er Van jou verwacht?

  • Instellen en inregelen van nieuwe HVAC-installaties, waaronder warmtepompen, ketels, ventilatie en koeling.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en zorgen dat installaties optimaal blijven functioneren.
  • Storingen opsporen en oplossen op elektrisch, hydraulisch en regeltechnisch vlak.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij de opstart van installaties en complexere regelingen.
  • Steeds vaker storingen vanop afstand analyseren en interventies goed voorbereiden.
  • Meetwaarden, uitgevoerde werken en gebruikte materialen correct digitaal registreren.
  • Meedenken over onderhoudsplannen, servicecontracten en de verdere werking van de serviceafdeling.
  • Slijtage of mogelijke verbeteringen bij klanten signaleren en doorspelen aan de binnendienst.
  • Klanten op een professionele en verzorgde manier te woord staan.

  • Grondige kennis van HVAC, met ervaring binnen verwarming, koeling, ventilatie en warmtepompen.
  • Elektrische en regeltechnische kennis om storingen zelfstandig te kunnen analyseren.
  • Ervaring met regelsoftware, apps of digitale fabrikantenportalen.
  • Een zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Interesse om mee structuur op te bouwen en niet enkel bestaande procedures uit te voeren.
  • Nauwkeurig in administratie en digitale registratie.
  • Klantvriendelijk, communicatief en verzorgd.
  • Rijbewijs B en een goede kennis van het Nederlands.

Extra troeven:

  • Ervaring met monitoring, telemetrie of connectiviteit van technische installaties.
  • Kennis van Modbus, KNX, IP-netwerken of cloudportalen.
  • Ervaring met onderhoudsplannen of servicecontracten.
  • Certificaat koeltechniek (F-gassen).
  • VCA-attest.
  • Ervaring met verschillende merken warmtepompen, ventilatie-units en regelingen.
