We zijn een nuchtere en informele organisatie met klanten in de ge hele wereld. Hytrans is wereldmarktleider en heeft de ambitie om dat ook in de toekomst te blijven. In Lemmer werken circa 100 gemotiveerde medewerkers die de producten verkopen, ontwikkelen, assembleren en support verlenen. De Service Engineer is de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten/distribiteurs en onze aftersales activiteiten. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden in deze functie: - Je helpt eindklanten en distributeurs bij technische vragen en storingen aan machines en systemen, ook als het om complexere problemen gaat. - Je bent het technisch aanspreekpunt voor distributeurs en adviseert hen over After Sales werkzaamheden om de service aan eindklanten te verbeteren. - Je signaleert verbeterpunten vanuit klantvragen en werkt samen met collega's en andere afdelingen aan technische oplossingen, modificaties en verbeteringen, en levert actief input voor nieuwe en doorontwikkelde producten. - Je neemt deel aan projectteams van complexe projecten, waaronder kick -off meetings, kwaliteitscontroles en functionele afnames vóór uitlevering van producten. - Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt technische documentatie, handleidingen, kennisbanken en trainingen, en deelt actief je kennis met collega's en distributeurs. - Je coördineert complexe reparaties en modificaties, waarbij je collega's of serviceteams op locatie aanstuurt.
