The posting

Als Service Engineer coördineer je het preventieve en correctieve onderhoud van HVAC-installaties bij klanten in de regio Brussel. Je ondersteunt een team van ongeveer acht techniekers en zorgt ervoor dat interventies efficiënt worden gepland, opgevolgd en uitgevoerd.

  • Je bewaakt de planning en uitvoering van onderhoudswerken en stemt de dagelijkse werkzaamheden af met de service desk.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en ondersteunt bij het vinden van geschikte oplossingen voor HVAC-installaties.
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt een team van ongeveer acht techniekers bij technische vragen, complexe interventies en kwaliteitsbewaking.
  • Je onderhoudt het klantencontact en rapporteert over uitgevoerde werken, vaststellingen en eventuele vervolgacties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de service desk en Contract Manager om de planning, administratie en opvolging efficiënt te organiseren.
  • Je waakt over de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en stimuleert een kwalitatieve en veilige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je bent voornamelijk actief op klantlocaties in de regio Brussel, Vilvoorde en Halle. Ongeveer één dag per week werk je op kantoor voor administratie, planning en overleg.

Je hebt een technische achtergrond in HVAC of gebouwentechnieken en haalt voldoening uit het oplossen van technische vraagstukken en het ondersteunen van collega's. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en klantgerichte aanpak houd je verschillende interventies en prioriteiten onder controle.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met HVAC-installaties, technisch onderhoud of gebouwentechnieken.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen op een gestructureerde manier en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan verschillende interventies en technische vragen organiseren en opvolgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, techniekers en interne collega's en werkt graag samen om tot resultaten te komen.
